Freddie Spencer Replica Holland
After that period I decided to built the Spencer Honda because its raw beauty..
This all to run this bike on the closed track.[/b]
I started with an CB 900 frame, making some welding modifications.

Front-end comes from an Yamaha 1000 Thunderace with has 48mm forklegs
Rear-end comes from an Honda CB900 Fireblade with monoshock (Not in this picture)

We made this swingarm a bit smaller on booth to fit into the small 1981 frame.

We putted the brace downside, to make this stereo suspension

Like this.. full adjustable.
No Monoshock on Freddie's bike ![/b]

The front brake was real problem, the rotor was to big,
Thats why the yamaha calipers won't fit at all

We made brackeds for the calipers.. CNC machined.

Ready and very nice..

Than there was an new problem:
Because of earlier accident the wheels where not in line.
It took the guy a few hours to get it right and straight.

On his wheels.. modified the seat as well.
Satisfied with the height and the general line.

Made an house for the tachometer and fitted an oil pressure warning lamp.

Made an bracket for the Goodridge oilcooler.

Fitted the numberplate on the headlight.. just like Freddie.

Almost ready to paint.

Ready to paint !

Getting it back, and packing the parts out

Putting parts together.

Made two alloy plates to fit the engine.

Sure.. Dynatek ignition and coils it is..

Replaced the steel sprocket into alloy, machined some holes as well.

Offset front sprocket from Germany, to get a strait chain-line.

Replaced the old oilcoolerfittings for some Goodridge.
Just take of the old line and make them fit on the Goodridge.
Line them out with an drill, and well them.
Funny, they turn from blue into black..

I wanted to get rid of the heavy alternator.
So I made an new RSC side-cover.

Some nice Keihin CR33 from the US on E-Bay..
I had to replace some parts, and painted the letters "CR" Red again.

Painted the engine in two components paint.

Wiseco 985CC Pistons... see the difference.. Pure Art !

Paintjob done by my friend.
Decals from RSC, Bell-Ray, and the famous "attack"
Extra airflow-hose-end for the racelook.
(Look at the Kawasaki-Lime green sizzler.. grazy guy)

And there she is....
To be done:
-Finding an proper exhaust, or making an Spencer look.
-Making all oil lines.
-Making all brake lines.
If anyone had some questions I shall try to answer theme
as good as i can get.
Thanks.
